IBPS PO (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection Probationary Officer) exam is a national-level examination conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) for the recruitment of Probationary Officers (PO) in various public sector banks in India. The exam is usually conducted in three stages: Preliminary Exam, Main Exam, and Interview.

• The IBPS PO Preliminary Exam consists of three sections - English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability. The total duration of the exam is one hour and it carries a total of 100 marks.

• The IBPS PO Main Exam consists of five sections - Reasoning and Computer Aptitude, General/Economy/Banking Awareness, English Language, Data Analysis and Interpretation, and English Language (Letter Writing and Essay). The total duration of the exam is three hours and it carries a total of 200 marks.

• Candidates who qualify in the Main Exam are called for an Interview, which carries a total of 100 marks. The final merit list is prepared based on the candidate's performance in the Main Exam and Interview.

• To prepare for the IBPS PO exam, candidates should practice previous year's question papers, take mock tests, and read newspapers to keep themselves updated with the latest news and events. Additionally, they should focus on improving their time management and accuracy skills.
